The Fat Burning Furnace - Don't Give Up Till You've Tried It!

And you'll get even faster, getting to your RMR sooner and having more fat burnt off before your 35 minutes of exercise are up.
  3. The exercises are designed to target a specific area of your body - most exercise regimens target more than one set of muscles but with this one, you get to work one the one and only set at a time. The adjoining muscles will benefit, but they are not the focus. The guide comes with pictures to aid you along, and you can continue to upgrade with instructions at your pace of comfort.
